主講人簡介

浙江大學外國語言文化與國際交流學院、法學院雙聘教授、博導，浙江大學外國語言文化與國際交流學院副院長、跨文化與區域研究所所長、法律話語與翻譯中心主任、當代中國話語研究中心主任。主要兼職包括：中國政法大學研究員，北京大學國際法學院教授，世界法律口譯與翻譯協會主席，法律與語言多文化協會副會長兼秘書長，語言法律國際協會執行委員；在法律符号學領域擔任的編輯職務主要包括：International Journal of Legal Discourse主編，Semiotica（SSCI/A&HCI檢索）、Social Semiotics（SSCI檢索）編委，International Journal for the Semiotics of Law（ESCI檢索）、International Journal of Semiotics and Visual Rhetorics、Language and Law副主編。主要研究方向包括法學、法律話語與法律翻譯、語言法律與規劃、符号學、專門用途語言及語料庫語言學等。近年來，已在SSCI、A&HCI及Legal JournalIndex等國際權威期刊中發表論文30餘篇，并與Routledge、De Gruyter、Springer、CambridgeUniversity Press等國際知名出版社合作出版專著及譯著10餘部。

講座内容

Basedon the speaker’s own experiences on international publication, this talk will providea multidimensional insight into the scientific publication in the internationalacademic circle and discuss the interactions among various parameters such as researchpatterns, scientific productivity, and research collaboration from aninnovative and integrated combination of the whole publication system, particularlyjournal publishers, journal editors, authors and reviewers.
